Question 1:   How does the board get elected/appointed ?
Answer:     Each spring, the outgoing board solicits volunteers to fill the vacant board positions for the upcoming year. If only one member volunteers for an open position, then he or she will assume that position if a majority of the old Board agree. If more than one person volunteers for any position, then the Board members that attend the last indoor party of the Spring (usually held in April) vote on the volunteers. The person with the most votes will then become a member of the Board.
